When One Fitness Camp reached out about doing a commercial shoot to promote their business, I was intrigued.  They are a relatively new business and, yet, have landed a prime location (in Westgate at the Canyons resort) and use the absolute top-of-the-line fitness facilities in the area (like, where the Olympians train).  This little business is a Big Deal!

Equally notable?  They have a wealth of happy clients.  Their success is rooted in their philosophy (as per their website): we focus on the individual, tapping into your strength and building confidence. We start with the mind before changing the body. And above all, we think of your health in the long-term.  Having met a few members of the team, I also believe they’ve accomplished so much so quickly because their team is amazing.  Like, amazing amazing.  Kind, generous, friendly, supportive, knowledgable… the list of adjective goes on and on.  They have everyone you could ever need on staff — medical professionals, nutritionists, counselors, fitness experts, and chefs — and each are there to help you achieve your goals.  Most importantly, you just feel comfortable around them, which is incredibly important when you’re not exactly at your best, in need of encouragement and TLC to start realizing a better version of yourself.

Of course, the Camp’s setting is also awesome.  Park City has so much to offer, and the Canyons (and Westgate specifically) makes for a fabulous host.  I mean, the clients eat at the Edge Steakhouse (ranked #3 of 205 restaurants in Park City!).
