Park City Florist | Weddings, Holiday Arrangements
Super swoon. That’s really all I have to say about this shoot.
When Park City florist, Kati Wagner of Tulips & Thyme, mentioned to me that she’d like to do a florals shoot at the Washington Schoolhouse Hotel, I was all over it. Bouquets & holiday arrangements, at my favorite property in the world? Umm, yeah. To boot, I’d worked with Kati previously on a large-scale St. Regis Deer Valley wedding that she blew out of the water with the most amazing arrangements, bouquets, and hair pieces ever (that said, if you need only a few smaller pieces, she’s up to the task — she supplied this elopement with merely a bouquet, hair piece, and boutonniere). Anyway, when I mentioned we spruce up the shoot a bit with some stylings, the lovely Amy DeVore came on board to model (did her own hair & makeup, too!), we borrowed a few gowns from Mary Rino of Lily Bride Designs to add some glam, and Emily Burney of Auntie Em’s tossed in that goooooorgeous pecan pie for some sweet & savory.
Simple, but elegant. Really. I captured it all in medium format Fuji 400 on my Contax 645, and I keep falling in love with these photos over and over again. Thank you, Team Tulips & Thyme shoot!
