Park City Food Photographer | Zoom
Being a food photographer has its perks.
Like… one of my favorite restaurants in Park City is Zoom, a Sundance Resort restaurant located right in the heart of Main Street. Aside from the wafting sweet & savoury aromas cascading from the doors, I think you first notice the atmsophere of the property. The space, a restored train depot (as a nod to Park City’s pioneering roots), is located at the corner of Main & Heber Streets, so it has the space for a substantial outdoor patio, complete with views of the mountains. Rustic dark wood, low lighting, cozy booths, and an open kitchen offer a homestyle feel, like you’re visiting someone’s (albeit huge & gorgeous) cabin in the Wasatch.
And, of course… the menu. “Hearty yet sophisticated” indeed. Divine. I got to taste the dishes as part of the shoot, and while V went bananas for the salmon, I just about melted into a puddle on the floor following a spoonful of the oatmeal blondie bar served with in-house made ice cream. Holy moly. I will say, here and now, that *that’s* the best dessert I’ve ever had.
Has this post made you as hungry as its made me?!
