Park City Real Estate Photographer | Architecture
I love when a booking calls for me to shoot architecture. All types. Homes: condos, houses, apartments buildings, bungalows, estates, cabins, ranches, farms. Corporate: resorts, office buildings, mixed use spaces, small businesses, stadiums. I just really enjoy it. The subject doesn’t move, so I can take my time setting up lighting or putting the camera on a tripod for a long or HDR exposure. I also have the chance to tell the story of the property through my eyes, depending on the photos’ job.
In this case, the photos need to sell the property, namely: entice a viewer to want to rent it for a holiday or vacation or business trip. It’s affordable luxury, as far as I’m concerned. Unit 2013, shown here, is a remodeled condo at the Lodge at Stillwater, a resort property located on the Jordanelle Reservoir in between Park City and Heber. With two bathrooms, a balcony, and a full kitchen, you won’t get anything more comfortable and spread-out-able within this price range in a destination community like Park City — and since the area also boasts hot tubs, a pool, a fitness room, a restaurant, a lounging area, and proximity to trails and the Deer Valley gondola, there’s plenty to do!
