Robyn Cage :: Burning Now Behind-the-Scenes

V & I were fired up to piggyback on this Bryce Johnson Visuals video shoot for recording artist Robyn Cage.  I’d worked with Robyn earlier this summer on a portrait session, and I felt the next course of action had to be catching her on set.  So when I learned Bryce would be filming the video for her single Burning Now, I simply had to be there.  *There* ended up being in the Utahn desert, near the border of Nevada, on a day filled with sand storms, rain showers, massive cloud cover, and an Apocolyptic aura. (I think it yielded a pretty awesome collection of images.)

I also want to say that I’m a huge fan of the song, and, according to my iTunes, I’ve listened to it 82 times.  Cage recorded the single with producer Derryl Neudorf, who has worked with artists such as Neko Case and Sarah MacLachlan… so that’s, ummm, just a little impressive.

The video debuted last week and is preposterously awesome.  Hope you enjoy a little taste of the cast & crew kicking around this very cool set.
