I’m such a sucker for Zoom. Seriously. My obsession with their fabulous menus is definitely ongoing (see here and here) and very real. Very real, my friends.
Sure, the restaurant is crazy award-winning. Sure, it’s part of my favorite property on the planet (it’s a Sundance Mountain Resort restaurant). Sure, the dishes are locally-sourced and I love hearing the servers talk about the ingredients. But, more than any of that? It’s just my kinda place. It’s warm and rustic with mountain-elegant touches (love the light fixtures; the wood floors are to die for), and the menu is like my fantasy come-to-life: hearty, gourmet, clever fare that makes my tastebuds explode. Case in point? V & I eat out, like, never. Ever. But when we do, we indulge in some Zoom. Cuz it’s simply awesome.
