Mountain Engagements | American Fork Utah

I’m obsessed with these mountain engagements. Like, everything about these. First and foremost: the couple. LOOK HOW THEY HOLD EACH OTHER! THE WAY THEY ARE SO PLAYFUL! I have no words.

The location is, as you can see, also totally incredibly awesome. We’d never shot in American Fork but wanted to make the effort in order to capture some of that soft, gentle winter light basically bounces off hair & shoulders (~dreamy~). The couple was visiting from their home in California, so capturing them in that golden light only seems appropriate! But, whereas they have sand and surf, we have mountains and snow, and I think the contrast of these rustic woodsy images against their Newport Beach wedding (which we’re shooting in June!) will be pretty magical.

So, yes, this was one helluva shoot, and I’m so grateful to a past client for introducing us to the lovely Joel & Angie. I already can’t wait for their wedding for more more more!
